What we keep

The app stores the following.

• Account

  Your email address, username, account type, preferred language and sign-in dates.

• Profile

  Your display name, phone number, city, state, zip code, profile image and the map position worked out from your location, plus the trade and contractor details you add.

• Jobs and applications

  Jobs you post, applications you send, jobs you save, invitations and reviews of finished work.

• Reports and feedback

  Listing reports you file (the reason and your note) and the feedback you send (your message and what you were doing).

• Investor interest

  If you leave your email on the investors page, we keep that email and the language you used.

• Billing and notices

  Billing details for contractors, and a record of the notifications we send you.

How we use it

To run the app: sign you in, show profiles and jobs, connect workers with jobs, and answer reports and feedback.

Who sees it

Other users see the parts of a profile and a job that the app shows them. [Which service providers receive data is to be completed after legal review.]

We use cookies to keep you signed in and to remember that you entered the access code.
